Balloon flight Portsmouth
You would think it easy to launch in Portsmouth but the area is effecively an island.
The Civil Aviation Authority imposes a strict ruling that says hot air passenger balloons which overfly water must carry bouyancy aids and adequate inflatable life rafts which makes this sort of flight uneconomical.
To fly in our hot air balloon you can go east on the A27 and then north up the A3 to Petersfield. Or stay on the A27 to Chichester. Alternatively if its more convenient travel up the A32 to West Meon.
